The Post Natal Workshop

Duration: 24 Hours, 8 Minutes

It’s normal for new parents, whether first-time parents or not, to feel anxious about bringing a child into the world and often have several questions and even worries. It is both an exciting and daunting experience. And the perfect way to ease these worries is by taking preparatory baby courses.

According to the results of a new study published in Maternal and Child Health Journal, attending a brief series of parenting classes has helped first-time moms and dads support each other to ease the transition into the new phase of life, reduce stress, mitigate depression and anxiety, chart a course for better parenting—and even deliver healthier babies.

The Pre-post natal course is designed to answer all of your questions and ease your worries. We prepare you for breastfeeding, pumping, sleeping, bathing, infant care, first aid, colic, vaccination, reflux, correct body postures, mommy and child skincare, and alimentation; while also tackling many other aspects of a child’s development stages (cognitive, physical and psychological).

High-profile, experienced therapists have come together to provide you with all the reliable information you need to use with your family. This training is a preventive strategy that all new parents should take, so they are well prepared to deal with any possible situation.

Parenting classes are a wonderful way to increase your confidence, acquire new skills and strategies, learn more about your child’s development, and improve your relationship with your child. Our postnatal course is customized to fit the needs of every family having a newborn.
